Buy/Sell X Command [Much Needed]

I really need a Buy or Sell X command from the shops. Buying bones for prayer,potions for GWD and food would all be helpful.

I did a little searching on google...best I came up with-

That is client sided, you can add it to your client, just follow the guide.

Oh sorry. I am a noob when it comes to coding...
